Scanning and Sending Work Diary Sheets to Harvy

There’s three ways to send work diary sheets to Harvy.

Email PDF scans directly from your printer. Ask your IT team to add your Harvy email address as a recipient.
Scan and save a PDF to your computer, then email it to your Harvy email.
Scan and save the PDF to your computer, then use the Upload button on the dashboard.

What email address do I use?
Your Harvy email can be viewed in the Settings page. It looks like this: yourcompany@scan.harvy.au

How many sheets can I send at once?
Harvy accepts emails up to 35Mb, which translates to approx. 200 sheets. However we recommend splitting them into smaller batches to avoid conflicts with company email size limits.
Multi-sheet PDF's will work just fine.

What resolution do the PDF scans need to be?
Medium or high resolution.

Do i need to sort them by driver or truck?
No! Harvy makes it easy and will do the sorting for you.
